MISSION

“My mission is to normalise grief in all aspects of life, and the importance of holding space for this as internal suppression can sometimes cause emotional unavailability. Which can mirror back into someone's mental well-being. Sometimes we are scared of love because to love is to feel the heart, and to feel the heart is sometimes to feel the pain.

I have found grief is unexpressed love. To remind people that death is not bleak and that it is merely a timer ending a journey in this physical realm where you were able to live a version of your soul's path, and that it is okay to grieve a version of yourself that you no longer resonate with.

You never truly die, all that you are is encapsulated in beautiful memories and universal synchronicities for all those around you”.

What am I really? Who am I really? But then I ask myself why do I need to identify with something? Why is being me not enough? What if I lived my life not striving to be something other than the vessel that I am.

“You are my hope, even when every fibre in body is telling me no. You are the warmth of the sun kissing my cheek, on a brisk walk on a hot summer’s eve. You see sunflower you bring me so much joy even when I feel I have nothing left. You’re yellow gives me unwavering hope even when I’m not at my best.
