Transitions can come in many forms whether this is with a version yourself you no longer resonate with, a relationship, or friendship, job, or even the loss of a loved one.

This workshop is for those who may find it hard to articulate their experiences with transitions or grief verbally, and would like to express this visually.

The outcome of this workshop is to create a piece of art work that helps to keep you grounded, and a remind you how far you have progressed on your journey, essentially capturing a moment in time during your transition.
